They always get my coffee right and they're fast.
The store is really clean too.
Bathrooms are always clean.
I don't understand the review about getting yelled at at drive through and having to pull up is weird . . . isn't that how drive throughs work everywhere?

AWFUL SERVICE!!!! I have been going here for months, not sure why i keep going here after multiple chances. They are all crackheads who do drugs behind the dumpster. They get my orders wrong all the time. They give me the wrong orders. ETC. Today was my final straw after hearing the man who takes orders mimic other customers orders in their voices. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I am SO disappointed and will NOT be returning.

Avoid the Concord Dunkins. Prices are way higher then all other Dunkins around. Totally crazy. Looks like they are trying to lose customers.

I came here when they were completely empty of customers and I still got the most rude experience ever. The man at the drive thru just kept yelling at me and I ordered a coffee, and a donut and was told I need to go upfront and wait... I said thank you have a good night and they go yeah cool k...
